[It's hard not to idolize Dick, but then again, Gar idolizes Jason too. They're both robin to him, but Jason is closer to Gar's age and has done so much. He's an awesome fighter and Gar keeps coming up against him when they spar. It's Jason that Dick pushes Gar to be like and he strives so hard just to fall short.
He can turn into a tiger, but it's not always the most helpful thing. There are other skills that he wants as well. He can see how Dick pushes at Jason though-- Gar sees why, but he knows it's harder for Jason to see it. The walls that Dick puts up are stupid, and he knows how much it hurts Jason. Thinking about it now makes him chew over the inside of his cheek--
Except he's taken back when Jason chases Gar's tiny kiss with one of his own, this time it's a real one. Chaste as far as the kisses they've shared go, but his lips, those lips that Gar knows he's going to crave now dust his. Gar watches Jason as he settles and his heart jumps up a notch. ]
What do those guys have that we don't. We get action, and I've got prom night here with me. Why do I need to sit and dance awkwardly only to wait for an event that may or may not happen with someone that I may or may not care about.
[There's a twitch of Gar's lips, and he winks softly at Jason, his motions taste the seductive with a hint of play. Still, he turns and moves over enough to edge his elbows beneath Jason's so that he can lean up and over. This time the kiss he takes is soft, but it lingers. He doesn't push for anything more than a kiss; this movie is very much about making out and Gar is here for it. He slides his tongue into Jason's mouth again, reminding him of how much he enjoys this. There's not a rush this time, or the awkwardness of it being their first kiss together. Gar feels more at home as he closes his mouth around Jason's and slides his hand along jason's neck, sighing into the kiss. ]
